Kate is slated to co-host The View on two days in September, as part of a series of guest hosts who are replacing Elisabeth H who recently gave birth. Maybe the reports are true that Kate is trying to set herself up for her own talk show. Would you watch The Kate Gosselin Show if she gets her way?

Should be interesting to see how she fares on The View. Just imagine the humorous comments standup veterans Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Bahar may come up with for their temporary co-host. My guess s that Whoopi will behave because she's probably never even seen J&K+8, but if Kate's challenged by Joy Bahar my money's on Joy.
